Somerset Libraries Services has been withdrawn from Nynehead as there are no regular users and Wellington Library is less than three miles away from the village.
Housebound residents signposted to home library service provided by the Royal Voluntary Service.
Parish ‘Council members pointed out that Nynehead also has the new book exchange in the old telephone kiosk which villagers can make use of.’
