    Its not just Redditch and Alvechurch. There’s Rubery, Catshill and Bromsgrove all being targeted for Closure by the County Council. This is a huge swathe of North Worcestershire. Besides the education facilities provided by books, it will also affect access to computers. This will directly affect those who are the poorest in society who rely on library computers for job applications, homework and Universal Credit claims (which are only processed on-line) .
