But despite carrying out a recent public consultation that prompted 4,000 responses – the community hubs plan has now been shelved until a  later date when the council reviews its assets.  Instead, the money will be saved through cutting 20.25 out of 70 ‘full-time equivalent’  (FTE) jobs, who will be replaced by ‘self-service technology’.
