Southend review of library service

Southend is currently in the first phase of a full library review, which is being undertaken by a cross party group, and are trying to ensure full community involvement in the process. You can find details here: Southend Library Review The consultation, which is the first phase of the process, is open until the 6th of January 2013.

The new £27m Forum Southend library building is due to open in under a year.
